QuickFeed may offer a free public API that allows approved users to access and redistribute certain QuickFeed data in accordance with API documentation and usage limits. Any redistribution of QuickFeed content must:

• Be obtained exclusively through the official QuickFeed API.

• Not misrepresent, alter, or falsify QuickFeed-generated data.

Quick Softworks LLC reserves the right to revoke API access or modify data availability at any time.

QuickFeed displays links, titles, images, summaries, and other information sourced from third-party news providers. All rights to original news content belong to their respective publishers.

QuickFeed is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party content.
• Changes made to articles after publication.
• Any content hosted on external websites linked from QuickFeed.

QuickFeed uses AI systems to generate summaries, bias ratings, and analytical metadata. These AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations. They are provided for informational purposes only.

You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for professional, legal, financial, or critical decisions.

You agree not to use QuickFeed in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, or federal U.S. law.
• Attempts to compromise the security, performance, or functionality of QuickFeed.
• Reverse-engineers, abuses, or exploits QuickFeed systems or data.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, protections, or access restrictions.

QuickFeed™, including all branding, features, AI-generated metadata, system logic, and platform design, is the exclusive property of Quick Softworks LLC and protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or replicate any proprietary component of QuickFeed without written approval from Quick Softworks LLC.

Information collected by QuickFeed is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using QuickFeed, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

QuickFeed may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Quick Softworks LLC is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.

QuickFeed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Quick Softworks LLC does not guarantee:

• The availability or uninterrupted performance of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted under United States law, Quick Softworks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of QuickFeed.

QuickFeed’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Softworks LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of QuickFeed or violation of these Terms.

QuickFeed displays advertisements to support and operate the service. Ads may be served directly by Quick Softworks LLC or by third-party advertising partners. By using QuickFeed, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear alongside or within platform content.

Advertising may involve:

• Third-party ad networks.
• Personalised or non-personalised ads depending on region and consent.

Interactions or transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
