Andy Carroll Charged with Breach of Non-Molestation Order
Andy Carroll, 36, of Epping, has been charged with breaching a non-molestation order. He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 30 December 2025.
Carroll was arrested on 27 April 2025, and the alleged offences are related to an incident that took place in March 2025. Essex Police confirmed that Andrew Carroll was charged with breaching the non-molestation order in connection with this incident.
A non-molestation order is a UK court injunction that prohibits an individual from molesting another, and breaching such an order can carry penalties ranging from a fine to up to five years in prison in the most severe cases.
Andy Carroll, who holds nine England caps, has previously played for Newcastle United, Liverpool, West Ham, Reading, and West Brom. He also had spells in France with Amiens and Bordeaux. In July 2025, he joined Dagenham & Redbridge in the National League South.
