Bitmine Immersion Technologies Holds Over 4.1 Million ETH, Total Holdings Reach $13.2 Billion
As of December 28, 2025, Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) holds a substantial crypto portfolio including 4,110,525 ETH, representing about 3.41% of circulating Ether, alongside 192 BTC. The company also maintains a $23 million stake in Eightco Holdings, in addition to $1 billion in cash.
BMNR's combined assets across crypto, cash, and high-risk investments total $13.2 billion, making it the world's largest publicly owned ether treasury and the second-largest corporate crypto treasury after MicroStrategy (MSTR).
The company has staked 408,627 ETH, valued at approximately $1.2 billion, in collaboration with three staking providers. If BMNR were to fully stake all its Ether holdings, it could potentially earn about $374 million annually, assuming a staking rate of 2.81%.
In the past week, BMNR added more than 44,000 ETH to its holdings. Additionally, BMNR plans to launch the Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN) in early 2026.
Ahead of the January 15, 2026 shareholder meeting at Wynn Las Vegas, a special chairman’s message urged shareholders to vote in favor of four proposals tied to the company’s long-term strategic plan.
