ICG, an advertising firm based in Blackpool, is preparing for a London initial public offering (IPO) in partnership with Panmure Liberum. The company aims to unveil the listing plans next month, with the public launch expected early in the new year.

ICG specializes in targeted print and digital advertising solutions, serving a diverse range of sectors including luxury hotels and funeral homes. The company collaborates with hosts such as Aston Martin and McLaren dealerships, Mandarin Oriental hotels, and Circle Health Group. These partners receive products for free in return for advertising sales opportunities. The number of hosts has increased from approximately 2,300 at the end of 2024 to around 2,500 in 2025.

Alan Aubrey, former boss of IP Group, chairs ICG, while CEO Ray Ingleby has experience taking three other businesses public. Although the company's valuation remains unclear, one investor has speculated it could be around £50 million prior to the involvement of any primary capital.

ICG's upcoming IPO follows the recent London flotations of Princes and Shawbrook, reflecting an optimistic outlook on London's capital markets. The company declined to comment on the details of the offering.
