The Bondi Beach attack occurred on 14 December during a Hanukkah event in Bondi Beach, Sydney, NSW. The attack resulted in 15 people dead and about 40 injured, with victims ranging in age from 10 to 87.

Suspect Naveed Akram, 24, has been charged with 59 offences, including a terror offence. His father, Sajid Akram, 50, was killed by police at the scene.

NSW Police revealed that Naveed and his father trained with firearms in late October at a countryside location in NSW. Footage shows them firing shotguns and moving in a tactical manner. Police have released photographs of the two men holding guns during this training.

The investigation is ongoing, and more details will be published as they become available.
