Ipswich Town have moved into the automatic promotion places in the Championship following a 2-1 victory over Oxford United. Jaden Philogene and Chuba Akpom scored for Ipswich, while Will Lankshear netted for Oxford.
Middlesbrough suffered a setback with a 1-0 defeat at Derby County. Bobby Clark scored the winner for Derby, securing their first home win since 4 November. This loss marks Middlesbrough's third defeat in four matches.
Despite the defeat, Oxford United remain three points from safety in the table.
