HashKey Capital Raises $250 Million in First Round for $500 Million Blockchain Fund
HashKey Capital has successfully closed the first round of fundraising for its HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV, securing $250 million from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The fund aims for a total close of $500 million and will focus on investing in blockchain infrastructure and applications with real-world use cases in both public and private markets.
Based in Singapore, HashKey Capital manages over $1 billion in assets, making it one of Asia's largest digital asset fund managers and an early backer of Ethereum. Its parent company, HashKey Holdings, went public in Hong Kong in December 2025.
The fund's investment strategy includes crossover opportunities that capture value at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain finance. HashKey Capital operates under licenses in Hong Kong and contributed to launching Hong Kong's first spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs. To date, the firm has managed more than $1 billion across over 400 crypto projects.
