HashKey Capital Secures $250 Million First Close for Fund IV, Targets $500 Million AUM
HashKey Capital's HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV has successfully completed its first close with $250 million in commitments, aiming for a final target size of $500 million. The fund's general partner is HashKey Capital Investment, a division of HashKey Group, with an investor base that includes institutional allocators, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
The inaugural HashKey fund delivered a distributed-to-paid-in multiple of over 10x, demonstrating strong performance. Fund IV follows a multi-strategy approach across public markets, liquidity-generating crossovers, and selective private-market allocations, emphasizing infrastructure, scalability, and mass-adoption use cases.
HashKey Capital currently manages assets exceeding $1 billion and oversees a portfolio of over 400 projects. The firm operates offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. It was an early institutional backer of Ethereum and has been involved in Hong Kong’s regulated digital asset products, as well as the HKEX-listed spot BTC/ETH products.
