Interpath Advisory Launches £900m Sale Process Amidst Strong Financial Growth
Interpath Advisory has initiated a sale process with a valuation of £900 million, with information set to be circulated to potential buyers on Monday. Moelis has been appointed to manage the auction, with interested parties reportedly including Blackstone, Bridgepoint, Onex, PAI Partners, and Permira. Interpath, which spun out of KPMG UK in 2021 due to regulatory changes affecting audit and consulting arms, currently acts as administrator to Claire's UK and Ireland subsidiaries following Claire's collapse in the summer. The firm has notably doubled its EBITDA since its acquisition by HIG Europe approximately 4.5 years ago and is on track to achieve around 20% revenue growth in the current financial year. A sale agreement for Interpath is anticipated to be reached in the first quarter of 2026. HIG Europe declined to comment on the sale. Previously, Interpath advised Sir Jim Ratcliffe on significant cost-cutting initiatives at Manchester United.
