Financially and competitively, Spurs operate with the sixth-biggest budget in the league, bearing expectations to challenge for the Premier League title, secure Champions League qualification, and produce attacking football that excites supporters. However, their recent league form contradicts those ambitions, with only three wins in the past twelve games and more erratic domestic results compared to stronger performances in Europe, including wins over Copenhagen and Slavia Prague.
