Approximately $12 million of the transferred bitcoin was sent to Coinbase Prime Custody, while the remainder stayed within wallets linked to the same entity, indicating a reserve reshuffle rather than a sale.
The bitcoin price showed no clear reaction to these moves, trading around $86,000 to $87,000 in the 24 hours following the transfers.
These transfers were distributed across several addresses, consistent with typical treasury operations such as reorganizing cold storage or consolidating wallets.
This action followed a report from Lookonchain that Trump Media purchased an additional 451 BTC, suggesting ongoing active management of its bitcoin holdings.
Corporate holders often move assets for operational reasons following new purchases or custodial changes, which does not necessarily imply a sale.
Additionally, Trump Media's stock price rose more than 30% over the past five trading days, trading near $14, as investor attention shifted toward the company's strategies expanding beyond social media into financial products and digital assets.
