WSL Highlights: Leah Williamson Returns as Khadija Shaw Hits Century
Leah Williamson made her return to Arsenal action after 139 days, coming on as a substitute in a 3-1 win against Everton. This marked her first competitive appearance since the Euros final in July, and she may feature again against Leuven in the Champions League midweek.
Khadija Shaw reached a milestone by scoring her 100th goal for Manchester City in her 120th appearance. She went on to add three more goals as City defeated Aston Villa 6-1. Shaw is the first Manchester City women's player to reach 100 goals in the professional era.
